Peace

World peace can never be achieved.
To have peace, there needs to be no corruption.
Corruption blocks the ability for the world to achieve peaceful unity.
How do we defeat corruption?
Some say we need to teach the children of our younger generations so when they grow up they can create a new world.
Others say we need to give the government total control so we don't destroy ourselves.
I say we need to fix the problem at the key source.
Do you actually speak to everyone in your family?
Did you call your mother or grandmother when you said you would?
When was the last time you told your family members that you loved them?
Did you actually mean it?
The reason we can't teach children to bring peace to the world is because children see into the souls of adults.
They have total innocence which helps them know if you really stand by what you teach and if you follow it as well.
We can't restrict the world with complete government control because that only causes unrest and more corruption.
The only real way to make world peace is to start it at home.
Excuses cause corruption. Lies cause corruption. Hate causes corruption. Jealousy causes corruption.
Everyone has these; learning to control these human tendencies will make the difference.
And it all starts within your own family.
Don't let it spread. Even if the world can never reach peace, at least you can within your family… and ultimately your soul.

Courage

Courage
Sometimes your heart knows things that your mind just can’t explain.
A lot of feelings aren't describable; you can't always explain how you feel or what's going through your head all the time.
It’s like trying to describe the taste of water; you just have to experience it for yourself and stop taking other people's word for everything.
Sometimes you just have to find the courage to talk without fear, trust with out wondering, love with out restrictions, want without demand, and live without regrets to be able to be yourself.
It’s so simple, but only those who have the courage to be different will ever stand up and say something.

My Ears Hurt...

Has anyone heard those terrible ringtones that some phones have?
It’s this high-pitched screeching noise that you’d think only a dog should hear…
But this stupid ringtone hurts your ears and it makes you think they’re ringing!
At my school, a bunch of immature boys have this ringtone.
Not only that, but they like to use it in my Spanish class! This is the class where my teacher is an old dinosaur who can’t even speak English very well.
She also thinks I have “self-esteem issues” (I’ll tell that story another time :P), which I’m sure you’ve figured out I don’t.
Not only that, but she hasn’t followed the curriculum once this year, and the school is firing her before next school year starts.
She’s that bad! I’ve lost more Spanish knowledge than gained thanks to her…
Actually, I’m in her class at this very moment writing to this blog!
But back to the topic of the horrible cell ringtone; the immature boys always play it during the Spanish class.
And they figured out that old people can’t hear it!
It’s not just this teacher; they tried it out on tons of other old teachers, and they got the same results.
I think it’s actually pretty interesting… Except for the fact that those boys constantly play in the classroom and the teacher never notices!
Thank god for iPods haha!

Random Thoughts for Tuesday

Three Random Thoughts:

-Has anyone ever gotten a hair cut where they wash your hair before they cut it? Well I love it when they do that! I decided that it's and orgasm for your hair!!

-Do you remember Mr. Roger's Neighborhood? I think that guy was a pedophile! Did you ever notice that he would always strip in front of the child TV viewers while singing?? Something just isn't right if an old man strips in front of children...

-Some of my chickfriends were asking me why my guyfriends loved it so much that I could drive a stick-shift car... Well duh! A guy likes a girl who knows how to handle a stick!

History Totally Repeats Itself

Does anyone remember the Greek gods?
Well the Greeks viewed their gods as their ideal and perfect versions of humans.
They would praise and adore their gods, but at the same time they'd point out all their flaws and faults.
Today, we don't believe in those kinds of gods; but we still practice the same rituals.
We see our celebrities as perfect humans and we constantly praise them.
But then we turn right around and point out every flaw and fault that they possess. That's what the paparazzies help do!
I think throughout history humans need someone they can look up to as the perfect being, but at the same time, know that they aren't as perfect as they seem.
This gives humans a tiny ray of hope that there is no such thing as perfection, thus giving people something to make life easier.
Just more proof that history repeats itself :P

Spoof or Coraline?

Photobucket
My friend made this for me in her sewing class! She was trying to make a teddy bear but she ended up making.... This :) What do you think? I absolutely love it because it's so ugly that it's cute! I haven't decided a name for her yet... I've narrowed it down to Spoof or Coraline.

Hyprocrites Rock!

I just got my drivers licence last Tuesday (finally!). I'm so happy! And don't worry I'm a pretty good driver. The only funny thing is that I'm one of those people who will drive by someone singing in their car and I'll make fun of them to no end; then I'll go right around and sing and dance to my radio too! I'ts the best :D
